4. Permitting (Environmental Resource Permit from Southwest Florida Water Management District)

Parsons Brinkerhoff, Inc (El Salvador, Central America): CAT Engineers and Scientists LLC (SAS) provided Technical Areas Project Coordination connectivity between design activities in all areas of specializations (Topography, Geometric Design, Mayor and Minor Drainage Design, Geotechnical Design, Technical Specifications Design, Right of Way Negotiation, Traffic Design Criteria, Estimates Calculation and Environmental Study Analysis) in a local El Salvador, Central America Megaproject Roadway Design called ¨Mejoramiento de la Red Vial de la Zona Norte de El Salvador¨ in an extension of 605 Kilometers (375 Miles) which included road improvement, road rehabilitation and new road design as well.

Coordinate activities of Quality Assurance and Quality Control to all of specialization areas design, it in order to coordinate formal final submittals designs (Plans, Calculations, Specifications and Reports) to the governmental El Salvador agencies (Fomilenio, Minister of Publics Works and FOSEP).

Grand Plaza Commercial Site, New Port Richie City, Pasco County, Florida, USA: CAT Engineers and Scientists LLC (SAS) provided assistance to the client in hydrologic and hydraulic design. This project consisted of two 5-story hotels, one 1-story retail and one 1-story restaurant developed in 4.92 acres of land.  Site amenities include one close vault infiltration system. Engineering infrastructure designed for the site includes internal and access roads, storm drainage system, stormwater management plan, water supply system, wastewater collection and conveyance system, grading, landscaping and erosion control devices during and after construction as well.

Belcher Square Shop Final Phase, City of Pinellas Park, and Pinellas County, Florida, USA: CAT Engineers and Scientists LLC (SAS) were responsible to design stormwater drainage system of this final phase commercial development. The project consisted of approximately 56,144 sf site area. The scope of service was to provide engineering services to the client in the form of site grading, utilities layout, water main line extension, roadway design, parking lot design, and to incorporate the site drainage of this parcel to the existing 1976 FDEP master drainage plan.

Hillsborough Community College, Plant City, and Hillsborough County>, Florida, USA: CAT Engineers and Scientists LLC (SAS) were responsible for the overflow parking lot and flexible pavement design, design and development of infrastructure plans. Stormwater management Plan includes analysis of the Wetland areas next to the project. The total acreage project was 2.75 acres.

Sherwood Manor Phase II, Pasco County, Florida, USA: Assist with hydrologic and hydraulic design for this residential development consisting of 398 single-family residential lots on approximately 122 ± acres. After Traffic Information System (TIS) data was performed I designed right and left turn lanes access to several project driveways using FDOT standards Index and provided survey electronic information.
